Not legal advice — verify current state law and have an attorney review for your state. Payment standards change, and the housing authority's rent-reasonableness review, utility allowance and the family's income decide what it will actually pay. Verify the current amount with the housing authority before you set a rent.

We couldn't copy a current dollar table from these authorities (no table published, a lookup tool only, or the page wasn't available when we checked). Each page links to the authority and shows HUD's FY2027 FMRs.

CMHA guide

How we build these pages: we only copy numbers from the housing authority's own published schedule (or HUD's files), and we list the effective date and retrieval date on every page. If an authority updates its schedule, its amounts win over ours. Not affiliated with HUD or any housing authority.
